Do You Speak Cat? Listening with our eyes and helping them understand what we are asking

This is a 2 week LIVE virtual course, 1 hour per session, with Rachel Lees, RVT, KPA CTP, VTS (Behavior). Cats communicate with humans primarily with nonverbal body language which makes communicating with verbal humans a challenge. In order to communicate as clearly as possible during training, we need our dogs to understand what we're asking. Use of positive reinforcement and markers (the clicker) are very useful in bridging the communication gap. Week 1 will cover body language and week 2 will cover cue work. Course includes homework, video demonstrations, and lots of discussion about how we can become better partners in the learning process. Cost is $75 - call 440-334-8534 to register.
